Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator for the Cvent registration platform, managing website updates and attendee engagement features
Oversee the execution of all sponsorship deliverables, ensuring timely fulfillment of benefits and accurate processing of invoices
Manage the entire lifecycle of conference swag and merchandise, from creative proposals to inventory management
Provide timely customer support through dedicated communication channels and monitor internal staff inquiries
Assist the Events Manager in tracking event timelines and ensuring deadlines are met across various workstreams
Qualifications
3-5 years of direct experience in event management, specifically with large-scale user conferences of 5,000+ attendees
Required proficiency and hands-on experience with Cvent, including website builder and registration logic
Proven ability to manage invoices, track expenses, and reconcile sponsorship payments accurately
Exceptional written communication skills for managing sponsor expectations and internal queries
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with event mobile apps and attendee hubs
High energy and a strong customer-service mindset
Self-motivated with the confidence to take ownership of responsibilities
Willingness to travel for on-site support during events
