Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Manager. The role is based in Orlando, FL. Responsibilities include managing the organization's social media presence, creating content strategies, optimizing social media platforms through SMO practices, and implementing digital marketing initiatives. The role involves regular performance monitoring and fostering audience engagement to support the company's branding and outreach goals.
Qualifications
Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) expertise to drive effective and engaging online campaigns
Proficiency in creating and executing Content Strategies to align with company goals
Strong experience in Digital Marketing and Communication to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple social platforms efficiently
Creative thinking and analytical skills to develop engaging campaigns and analyze performance metrics
Knowledge of industry trends and experience in the civil infrastructure or public works sectors is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
