
Overview
The Marketing Technology Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of marketing technology duties in conformance with established policies, strategies, and procedures. Performs any functions necessary, within the scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to the marketing needs of the Bank. Responsibilities
Website management: serve as primary website administrator, edit, update, and maintain the Dedham Savings website; understand and fully utilize the website CMS (WordPress); understand the complete website structure and navigation; update home page banners monthly; assist with ongoing website updates, posting of press releases and news articles; work with the Ad Agency web developer and website host; attend quarterly hosting meetings with WordPress Engine and track next steps to ensure timely completion; utilize a change-detection program to monitor bank and competitor websites for changes; maintain necessary tracking and records for Compliance audits; assist other departments with website admin access; maintain the website ATM Locator and website hours; update alerts as needed. Google & Yext: maintain multiple Google My Business pages; review Google Analytics (GA4) with the Ad Agency as needed; maintain Yext software to ensure bank listings are accurate; manage hours that appear on Google via Yext (including holiday hours); track and respond to Google Reviews in Yext with a departmental process. Social Media: create and maintain a social media editorial calendar; draft and post content daily across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube (content preapproved by supervisor); respond promptly to comments and inquiries, route customers to the correct department per policy; grow reach and engagement; update header images annually; assist with social media raffles and special programs. Social Listening: use Google Alerts to monitor bank mentions and share results; monitor mentions on social sites and ads and take appropriate actions; track and respond to Yelp, Glassdoor, and app reviews in coordination with VP Marketing. Lobby Screens: serve as primary user for digital screens service (Inlighten) and primary vendor liaison for troubleshooting and enhancements; utilize new Inlighten content when appropriate; maintain a calendar of posted materials; support industry observances and ensure screen library is up to date; assist with screen stitching for large displays when needed; monitor screens daily across branches. Other duties: travel as required with mileage reimbursement; maintain Zillow pages for the Bank and loan officers; coordinate weekly rate changes with EVP Retail and share updates with branches; serve as department representative for intranet updates; backup Marketing Database Officer when needed; complete internal Bank training as assigned; provide tech support during Financial Wellness webinars; uphold privacy and data security policies; participate in internal and external training as appropriate; contribute to the Bank culture. Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in website administration, WordPress preferred. Experience managing a wide range of business social media sites. Teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive attitude for a fast-paced environment. High technological proficiency; early adopter of new technologies. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Knowledge of marketing, public relations, advertising, and related software. Banking experience preferred. Skills
Basic knowledge of banking and financial services industry regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other PR/advertising software. Canva or similar graphics tools; basic video development and publishing. Willingness to learn new knowledge and technical skills. Intermediate typing and math skills; ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages; interpret data and graphs. Strong communication skills and the ability to train others and prepare reports and procedures. Physical Demands
