Key Responsibilities
Support Journey Strategy & Execution
Assist in processing intake tickets, managing timelines and keep us on track with key milestones that support digital marketing and campaign priorities.
Help translate digital journey strategy and plans into coordinated execution steps across stakeholders and channels.
Coordinate Cross-Channel Communications & Handoffs
Assist Journey Strategy Managers with coordinating across paid media, email, web, content, and webinar teams to ensure all campaign deliverables are aligned and on track against deadlines.
Track requirements, dependencies, and activation plans and escalate potential blockers to leadership for resolution.
Weekly “Run the Business” Operations & Administration
Support weekly business rhythms such as campaign meetings, reporting cycles, updates, and cross-team coordination.
Manage team-level logistics and documentation; provide regular weekly updates to surface progress, risks, and upcoming needs.

Curious about digital customer experiences and excited to learn journey strategy over time.
Comfortable balancing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and moving pieces.

Energized by building processes, improving workflows, and supporting a team’s operational backbone.
Understanding of multichannel digital marketing (email, paid media, content, web, webinars).
Strong project management, organization, and documentation skills; notably in project management tools like Workfront and presentation software like Microsoft PowerPoint.
Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing complex workflows.
Ability to summarize data, insights, and plans into simple, clear deliverables.
Familiarity with marketing automation, personalization, or martech platforms (Adobe stack or similar) is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Education & Experience
4+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, digital marketing, campaign management, or related fields.
Compensation
$40.00 to $47.54 per hour.
