Overview Marketing Coordinator

— We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team member to join our fast-paced marketing department. This role supports the development of proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations while collaborating closely with internal teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop, coordinate, and produce responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and PowerPoint

Conduct creative and technical writing and research to support proposal development, ensuring accuracy and consistency

Write, edit, and proofread content for proposals, presentations, resumes, project descriptions, and other marketing materials

Organize, update, and maintain the marketing collateral database

Provide administrative and creative support to the marketing department and executive team

Attend industry-related events and professional organization functions as needed

Assist with additional marketing and departmental tasks as required

Qualifications

Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong writing, editing, communication, organizational, and computer skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with business development leaders and internal teams to meet proposal deadlines

1–2 years of experience in a marketing or proposal coordination role, preferably within an Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) firm

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, Communications, or a related field preferred

Compensation:

$50,000-$55,000 per year
