Role Description This is a full-time role based in Odessa, TX. As a Business Development Specialist, you will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and pursuing leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and providing exceptional customer service. You will analyze market trends, collaborate with team members, and contribute to the growth and success of Bosque Systems. Qualifications Strong Analytical and Market Research skills to identify trends and evaluate potential business opportunities Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams Proven experience in Lead Generation and building strategic relationships Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
