Social Content Manager
to join our Monopoly Go! team in Culver City on a hybrid basis. What You Will Do
As Social Content Manager, you will own the day-to-day execution of Monopoly GO!’s always-on social presence across platforms with millions of followers. This role requires creative judgment and a strong POV on what works on social today, paired with deep platform knowledge, strong execution, and meticulous attention to detail. You will own social content planning, publishing, and optimization while executing against established creative direction and brand POV. With the scale of Monopoly GO!’s audience, this role has the opportunity and expectation to experiment, iterate, and help shape forward‑thinking social marketing for one of the biggest mobile games in the world. You Are Expected To Bring a Clear Creative POV, Proactively Surface Ideas, And Use Experimentation To Keep Our Social Presence Culturally Relevant, Platform‑native, And Fresh Content & Creative Development
Experiment with, test, and evolve social content formats including memes, short-form video, and interactive posts to push engagement and cultural relevance. Write clear, compelling creative briefs and provide actionable feedback for internal and external creative teams, grounded in cultural insight and social-first thinking. Review and refine creative assets to ensure they meet brand standards, engagement goals, and platform specifications. Identify proactive and reactive moments and trends to participate in. Own submission, tracking, and prioritization of creative requests through established tools and workflows. Proactively manage timelines and approvals to ensure timely delivery of social assets. Social Media & Calendar Management
Own the day-to-day social media content calendar, ensuring it reflects priority live ops beats, cultural moments, and always-on engagement content. Lead social calendar planning and maintain close alignment with marketing, community, and product marketing teams, translating priorities into social-first execution. Oversee daily content publishing, including scheduling, proofing, and approving posts via Sprout Social and native platforms, applying platform-specific best practices. Actively track, test, and capitalize on real-time trends, platform updates, and viral moments, moving quickly to experiment and engage where it makes sense. Social Engagement, Boosting & Optimization
Execute always-on organic boosting for Instagram and TikTok within defined budgets to support content performance. Own proactive and reactive social listening and daily engagement across channels. Track and support monthly social performance reporting, focusing on content-level KPIs and translating insights into clear recommendations. Use performance signals, platform dynamics, and audience behavior to inform iteration and future creative decisions. What We’re Looking For
Strong experience managing always-on social media content for a brand in a fast-paced consumer space. Demonstrated ownership of social content planning, publishing, and optimization. Strong creative judgment and deep understanding of social and cultural trends Expert-level knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, and social publishing tools such as Sprout Social. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating across marketing, creative, product, and community teams.
