Candidates must be located near one of these offices and agree to a hybrid work arrangement. In-office presence is required on the first day and as business needs require. Ideal candidates are curious, detail-oriented wordsmiths who can quickly learn new subject matter, manage multiple creative projects and build strong working relationships, all while showing a passion for language and brand.
We are seeking a Copywriter to support a range of marketing and communications initiatives across our US markets. This role will craft clear, engaging, and on-brand content for multiple channels, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and marketing partners while tracking work in Adobe Workfront.
The ideal candidate is a versatile, detail-oriented writer who can translate complex business topics into compelling, audience-focused narratives. You are comfortable switching between formats and tones, managing multiple priorities, and providing thoughtful editorial guidance, all while maintaining a strong sense of brand voice.
Responsibilities
Develop persuasive, audience-centric copy for a variety of formats, including web pages, email campaigns, social media, marketing collateral, internal communications and thought leadership assets.
Translate complex business, tax, technology and consulting topics into clear, accessible content for nontechnical audiences.
Edit and refine copy for clarity, consistency, accuracy, grammar, and tone, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.
Collaborate with marketers, designers, subject matter professionals and other stakeholders to understand objectives, target audiences, and key messages.
Interpret creative briefs and project requirements, proposing content approaches, narrative structures and messaging hierarchies.
Adapt content for different channels and formats, optimizing for readability, engagement and digital best practices.
Leverage GenAI tools responsibly to support ideation, outlining, and drafting while applying editorial judgment and quality control.
Qualifications
5+ years of writing and editing experience in corporate or professional settings, preferably in advertising or marketing.
Proven excellence in writing, editing, storytelling and adapting content across formats.
Experience working with or within professional services, B2B, financial, technology, or consulting environments is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to quickly absorb new subject matter and capture complex ideas in concise, compelling language.
