We are seeking a talented and trend-driven

Fashion Designer

to join our fast-growing Gen-Z fashion brand and support the development of innovative, commercially successful collections. This role is ideal for a hands-on designer who is confident owning styles end-to-end and eager to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Reporting to the VP of Fashion and Product Design, the Fashion Designer will contribute to seasonal collections across multiple categories, translating trend insights and brand vision into on-trend, cost-effective products from concept through final sample. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure designs are executed on time, on brand, and aligned with seasonal goals. Key Responsibilities

Design and develop

25–40 trend-forward styles per month

across assigned categories, including knits, wovens, tops, bottoms, dresses, and outerwear. Translate seasonal direction, mood boards, and inspiration into commercially viable designs aligned with brand DNA. Conduct ongoing trend and market research, staying up to date on silhouettes, fabrics, trims, and cultural influences through social media, pop culture, and global fashion. Source fabrics, trims, and materials in partnership with the Trend and Design teams; present options for seasonal development. Create detailed tech packs that clearly communicate design intent, construction, measurements, and finishing details. Participate in proto and fit sessions, incorporating feedback from cross-functional partners while maintaining design integrity. Track samples and development milestones to support the seasonal calendar and flag potential issues early. Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Production, Buying, Creative, and the China development team. Support senior designers and leadership with design research, development, and execution needs as required. Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the brand’s design aesthetic and seasonal storytelling. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Fashion or Apparel Design. 3–5 years of fashion design experience , preferably within a fast-fashion or trend-driven brand. Proficiency in

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel . Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrication, trims, and finishing techniques. Strong eye for trends, color, and silhouette with a commercial mindset. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within a team setting. Benefits
