Junior Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator
to help execute and grow our digital presence. This is a great opportunity for an

who’s creative, motivated, and excited to learn in a hands-on, in-person startup environment. What You’ll Do
Create and post
social media content
(captions, graphics, short-form videos) Assist with planning, shooting, and editing
video content
for social media and marketing Help design
marketing materials
such as digital assets and presentations Update and maintain the
company website
with new content and announcements Support content calendars and ensure timely posting across platforms Collaborate with team members on campaigns, launches, and brand messaging Track basic performance metrics and help optimize content over time What We’re Looking For
Interest or early experience in
content creation, social media, or digital marketing Strong writing skills and attention to detail Comfort creating or editing
short-form video
(even personal projects count) Familiarity with tools like
Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar Basic comfort working with websites or CMS platforms ( WordPress, Webflow, etc. ) Organized, reliable, and eager to learn Able to work
on-site full-time in Reston, VA Nice to Have (Not Required)
Internship, student, or personal-project experience in content or marketing Familiarity with social media analytics Basic design or branding exposure In-person collaboration with a supportive team Location:
