Louisville Tile is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to serve as a key liaison between the Marketing and Products teams and work with internal sales teams on marketing communications projects. The Marketing Coordinator’s primary role is to ensure that there is flawless marketing execution with new product introductions, digital product catalog upkeep as it relates to new products introduction to and maintenance of the catalog. This role supports our internal customers by fulfilling marketing communications requests.

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS PROJECT MANAGER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: New products marketing materials development
Data gathering Product Sheets Spec Sheets Proof reading Digital product catalog management
Working with the Items Team and Products Teams, the Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for the Digital Product Catalog ownership as follows: Regular and timely uploading of new products Regular and timely deletion of discontinued products Ongoing auditing and quality control to make sure that all product information is accurate and catalog navigation is easy Support Product Teams’ efforts to issue weekly updates Branch/ProShop/Showroom marketing materials development Corporate or local events, as needed
Help to manage annual Tile on Turf event 4th quarter in conjunction with the Domestic Vendor and Communications Manager by coordinating venue commitment, ticket distribution, vendor participation and “day of event management Social Media
Content development working with the Manager of Creative Services Develop/manage content calendar Other Responsibilities
Work with the marketing team and selected vendors to build and subsequently manage the Louisville Tile website Work with sales leaders to create content for targeted monthly newsletters Work within established creative processes to ensure timely delivery of requested collateral Create and manage timetables and processes for marketing and product implementation as previously defined; ensuring that marketing materials are delivered based on agreed-to priorities, timetables, and defined deliverables Sets up regular check-ins and status meetings with the marketing team to stay on task Communicates with marketing customers to keep them informed of progress on projects. Participates and/or leads project briefing sessions Helps to develop project briefs to clearly define objectives, deliverables, and timing Assures that customer expectations align with both our brands (Louisville Tile, Wilcox Fifty-Five and Judson Home) and target insights. Works with marketing team to develop, plan, manage, and report on social media Interacts with the Product implementation team to support efforts to get new products to market Gathers content for customer newsletters, The Groutline and The Spec Sheet Supports the Manager of Creative Services’ interactions with Louisville Tile’s outside vendors to ensure that creative, media, marketing or web projects are delivered on time and on budget
