Role Overview
Bloom Nutrition is seeking a Senior Digital Designer to join our in-office Austin creative team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled, digitally driven designer with a strong eye for performance, brand storytelling, and execution at scale. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing 360° campaign creative across paid media, web, email, social, and retail-supporting assets. Reporting to our Art Director, this role will own the execution of high-impact digital creative while also contributing to concept development, campaign direction, and creative problem-solving. The ideal candidate is confident translating campaign strategy into best-in-class digital assets, comfortable partnering cross-functionally, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities
Digital Design & Campaign Execution Lead the execution of 360° digital campaign assets across paid media, email, web, social, and performance channels. Design static and motion-based assets for Meta, TikTok, Google Display, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms, optimized for performance and platform best practices. Translate creative strategy and campaign direction into scalable, high-performing digital systems and templates. Partner closely with performance marketing, brand, social, and copy teams to concept, design, and optimize performance-driven creative. Contribute to campaign ideation, mood boards, visual exploration, and creative direction. Provide feedback and guidance to more junior designers as needed, helping elevate overall design quality and consistency. Brand & Web Support
Maintain and evolve Bloom’s visual standards across digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency with brand and campaign guidelines. Design and update website assets including homepage banners, PDP modules, landing pages, and promotional callouts. Prepare and optimize photography and video assets for digital usage, including retouching, color correction, and light compositing. Design sales and marketing collateral such as sell sheets, decks, presentations, retailer assets, and product/display mockups. Support launches and retail moments with digital-first creative that aligns with broader campaign storytelling. Performance & Optimization
Work closely with marketing partners to interpret performance data and iterate on creative based on results. Apply performance insights to continuously improve creative effectiveness across channels. What You Bring
5+ years of professional experience in digital design, graphic design, or visual design, ideally within CPG, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands. A strong portfolio showcasing digital-first, performance-minded creative across paid media, web, and social. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); motion experience is a plus. Hands-on experience designing for paid media and performance marketing environments. Strong understanding of creative testing, iteration, and platform-specific best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for quality and detail. Highly collaborative, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, in-office environment. Passion for wellness, beauty, lifestyle, and culturally relevant design.
