About the Job This role provides advanced operational support, administration, and advisory services for Slack Enterprise Grid in a mature enterprise environment. You will serve as a key escalation point for complex issues, ensure platform stability and security, and partner with business and technical stakeholders to continuously improve how Slack is used across the organization.

What you will do at Sogeti

Provide L2 and L3 support for Slack Enterprise Grid, serving as an escalation point for complex user and platform issues.

Own ongoing maintenance and operational health of the Slack platform, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Administer Slack Enterprise Grid, including workspace configuration, user provisioning, role and permission management, and license oversight.

Manage support intake and back-end support operations to ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents and requests.

Partner with business stakeholders to assess current Slack usage and provide advisory recommendations to improve productivity and collaboration.

Coordinate vendor escalations with Slack Enterprise Support as needed and track issues through to resolution.

Develop and maintain platform documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles to support users and internal teams.

Support training delivery and creation of enablement content to improve end-user understanding and adoption of Slack features.

Collaborate with cybersecurity and identity teams to maintain platform security, compliance, and overall health.

Provide consultative guidance on new Slack features, enhancements, and roadmap considerations as they relate to business needs.

What you will bring

Hands-on experience administering Slack Enterprise Grid or a similar enterprise collaboration platform.

Demonstrated experience providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support in a production enterprise environment.

Strong understanding of platform operations, support workflows, and incident management processes.

Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Experience creating and maintaining documentation, SOPs, and user-facing knowledge content.

Comfortable balancing operational support responsibilities with advisory and continuous improvement work.

Certifications

Slack Certified Admin (preferred)

Education Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an IT related field.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $80,000 - $105,000.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
