Role Description This full-time, on-site position based in Seattle, WA, requires the management of online retail listings by creating engaging product descriptions, managing inventory updates, and optimizing listings for online sales platforms. The Online Retail Listing Manager will collaborate with the team to ensure accuracy, oversee customer service aspects of online sales, and contribute to driving overall revenue growth through exceptional online merchandise presentation. This role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and providing relevant product details.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly interactions
Proficiency in Team Management and collaboration in a retail or e-commerce environment
Experience in Sales, with an understanding of how to optimize product listings to enhance online revenue
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage inventory and maintain accurate data
Familiarity using e-commerce platforms and general computer skills
Shopify experience is preferred for this position
