Position: Service Advisor.
Pay Range Base pay range: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous client interaction in an office environment.
5+ years of Financial Industry Experience (Preferred).
CFP Preferred.
Life & Health paired with either a Series 65 or Series 7 & 66 combination.

Responsibilities Private Wealth Manager
Maintain licenses and comply with regulations.
Maintain active E&O insurance.
Act as fiduciary for fee‑based clients.
Participate in meetings and keep appointment availability.
Learn EPIC Planning best practices.
Stay current on EPIC products.
Respond to client emails/calls within 2 hours.
Use Nitrogen, Retirement Analyzer, Salesforce, and other tools.
Use EAB tax projection for meetings.
Prepare client meetings and document communications in Salesforce.
Set and pursue annual, quarterly, monthly sales goals.
Provide exceptional client service.
Continue education with at least 4 financial books per year.
Attend co‑advisor client meetings regularly.
New Business Processor
Submit incoming requests from in‑tray/new business tray.
Review new business applications for completeness.
Enter/update data into the internal tracking system.
Assist advisors with application preparation.
Scan and upload documents into Citrix.
Submit documents to Broker/Dealer and vendors.
Satisfy all outstanding requirements.
Confirm source of funds.
Process urgent client servicing items.
Track Salesforce daily.li>
Process new business applications with checks within 24 hours.
Client Coordinator
Participate in daily check‑in, HIVE, and WIG meetings.
Return client calls and e‑mails within 2 hours.
Update client information in CRM.
Prepare client recap summaries two weeks before appointments.
Check in with advisors daily.
Call unbooked clients (80% target), members (75% target), DISCOs (70% target).
Assist advisors with account servicing forms.
Record notes in Salesforce.
Act as backup to administrative staff during breaks.
Appraisal and Compensation
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year.
Monthly commission (uncapped).
