Position Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce CRM Service Cloud lifecycle, from initial implementation to global enhancements

Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment with objectives and governance

Define and deliver the CRM roadmap, starting with U.S. and scaling globally

Translate business requirements into detailed solution and technical designs, maintaining comprehensive documentation

Validate partner solutions against business needs and provide timely approvals

Own test planning, preparation, and execution for sprints, ensuring quality and compliance

Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree with 4 plus years of experience in product management and Salesforce CRM/Service Cloud implementations.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL processes.

Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, business, administration, or IT engineering
