Field Marketing Support Coordinator -
Towson, MD (Maryland-based) | Field-Based Role | ~75% Travel We are seeking a relationship-driven Field Marketing Support Coordinator to support licensed partners across Maryland. This highly external-facing role is ideal for someone with experience in relationship management, sales, and brand marketing who thrives in the field. You will act as a trusted partner to license holders’ sales and marketing teams, supporting events, enabling brand growth, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality market presence. This position blends field marketing, partner success, and market intelligence and is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, representing a brand in-market, and supporting sales through strong marketing execution.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for licensed partners’ sales and marketing teams
Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships through white-glove support
Support and execute partner-led events including pop-ups, mixers, and brand activations
Ensure all partner-facing activity aligns with brand standards and messaging
Deliver marketing materials, product education, and brand resources to partners
Support partner sales efforts with market insights, competitive awareness, and product knowledge
Gather and report real-time market intelligence on product performance, trends, and competitors
Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and leadership teams to meet partner needs
Who You Are
Background in relationship management, account management, sales, or partner-facing roles
Comfortable working in external-facing environments, including events and activations
Sales-minded with a strong understanding of how marketing and branding support growth
Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Location & Travel Must be based in or near
Towson, MD Travel throughout Maryland required (~75% of the role) Schedule: Monday–Friday, with weekends as needed to support events
Compensation Pay range:
$23–$26 per hour , based on experience
