The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing day-to-day digital and content marketing activities that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and online sales. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and highly collaborative—working closely with leadership, sales, and operations to support our growth objectives. Key Responsibilities

Website & Digital Content: Perform ongoing website edits, including updating product information, landing pages, announcements, and resources. Website & Digital Content: Ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and aligned with SEO and user-experience best practices. Website & Digital Content: Collaborate with internal teams to publish new pages, case studies, and marketing materials. Email Campaigns: Plan, build, and execute email campaigns for product launches, promotions, and customer nurture sequences. Email Campaigns: Segment contact lists and tailor messaging to targeted customer groups and industries. Email Campaigns: Track email analytics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and recommend improvements based on data. PPC / Paid Advertising: Manage PPC accounts, including Google Ads (and other platforms as applicable). PPC / Paid Advertising: Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, set up campaigns, and manage bids and budgets. PPC / Paid Advertising: Monitor performance to optimize for ROI, cost-per-lead, and conversion goals; provide regular reporting to leadership. LinkedIn Marketing: Manage LinkedIn marketing campaigns (paid and organic), including sponsored content, remarketing, and lead generation forms. LinkedIn Marketing: Develop and maintain an editorial calendar for LinkedIn posts that highlight our capabilities, customer successes, and company culture. LinkedIn Marketing: Monitor engagement, respond to comments/inquiries, and adjust strategy based on performance metrics. E-Commerce & Shopping Carts: Manage shopping carts and product listings across relevant e-commerce platforms and the company website. E-Commerce & Shopping Carts: Maintain accurate product data, pricing, images, specifications, and availability. E-Commerce & Shopping Carts: Coordinate with operations and sales to support promotions, discount codes, and shipping/fulfillment messaging. E-Commerce & Shopping Carts: Build catalogs (digital and/or print) that clearly present product lines, features, and benefits. E-Commerce & Shopping Carts: Work with product and sales teams to collect accurate product information, photos, and technical details. E-Commerce & Shopping Carts: Support the creation and maintenance of brochures, flyers, sell sheets, and trade show materials. E-Commerce & Shopping Carts: Track and report on key marketing KPIs across website, email, PPC, LinkedIn, and e-commerce. E-Commerce & Shopping Carts: Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization. E-Commerce & Shopping Carts: Support continuous improvement of our brand presence and customer experience. Who We Are Looking For

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience. 2–4+ years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in B2B, manufacturing, or industrial markets. Skills & Qualifications

Experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or similar). Proven experience managing email campaigns, PPC accounts, and LinkedIn marketing campaigns. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and managing shopping carts and product listings. Strong writing and editing skills with high attention to detail. Comfortable analyzing campaign data and building clear, concise reports. Proficiency with standard office and marketing tools (Excel/Sheets, Google Analytics, ad platforms, email platforms). Nice-to-Haves

Experience building catalogs or product documentation. Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.). Prior experience in aerospace, defense, machining, or similar technical industries. Physical Demands & Work Environment

Primarily an office/desk-based role with extensive computer use. Regular interaction with internal teams in both office and manufacturing/warehouse environments. Occasionally walking through production areas where you may be exposed to typical machining noise and industrial equipment (PPE provided as required). Must comply with all facility safety protocols and any applicable ITAR-access restrictions.
