Social Media Manager

who knows how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping content. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who’s equal parts strategist, storyteller, and organizer, and who loves seeing content go from concept to publish in real time.

What You’ll Do:

Create, publish, and manage daily social content—including posts, graphics, short-form video, and motion—across platforms like

Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads, YouTube, LinkedIn , and more

Help shape and execute social media strategies that support programming, promotions, and brand initiatives

Collaborate closely with producers, on-air talent, and marketing teams to promote shows, segments, events, and digital campaigns

Plan and maintain social content calendars, keeping everything organized, on schedule, and aligned with programming priorities

Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely, authentic, and on-brand way

Monitor performance, analytics, and platform trends—adjusting content to maximize reach, engagement, and growth

Support paid social campaigns and stay current on emerging trends, especially in short-form video

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field

3+ years of hands‑on social media management experience , ideally in media, broadcast, entertainment, or a high-volume content environment

Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across platforms while maintaining brand consistency

Experience creating graphic and visual content for social media

Proven success producing and managing short‑form video for

TikTok, Threads, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

Comfort using social analytics and publishing tools to inform content decisions

Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

Strong organizational skills and an excellent eye for detail

Competitive salary: $70,000–$80,000 + bonus
