Shift Hours:
6am - 2pm Monday through Friday with occasional overtime
Salary:
Starting at $23.00 an hour
Responsibilities
Lead daily operations in your assigned production area
Act as a communication bridge between shifts and management
Support and train team members on processes and equipment
Troubleshoot production and quality issues
Assist with scheduling, labor planning, and performance reviews
Promote and implement Lean Manufacturing principles
Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Leadership or manufacturing experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and BPCS systems
Ability to train, motivate, and lead others effectively
Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Working Conditions
Manufacturing environment (non-climate controlled)
Standing, walking, and lifting (up to 40 lbs) required
Exposure to loud noise and moving mechanical parts
Occasional overtime
