Performance Management Specialist | Digital & Analytics Team What You’ll Do:

Support the Digital & Analytics PM Manager with day-to-day performance management operations Maintain issue trackers, PM activity calendars, and shared project documentation Prepare materials for monthly Technology SME calls and stakeholder meetings Update job aids, system documentation, and process guides Triage reported system issues and assist with troubleshooting through resolution Support quarterly system releases, including testing, cutover activities, and training Coordinate system and process change requests with Talent process owners and subject matter experts Leverage shared project sites and OneNote to ensure consistent communication and documentation Schedule meetings, capture notes, and distribute action items to stakeholders Collaborate closely with Talent, Consulting, and Technology teams to deliver reliable PM solutions What You Bring:

5–7 years of experience supporting operational processes within Talent or performance management systems Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, Teams) Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Collaborative, consultative mindset with comfort working in complex, evolving environments Ability to work independently with minimal oversight Top performers in this role are strong communicators, adept at aligning diverse stakeholders, and focused on driving measurable delivery outcomes across a complex technical landscape.
