Position Overview

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales operation. Your primary responsibility is to identify, contact, and qualify potential customers—especially contractors and business owners—then set appointments and hand off warm leads to our sales team (or close deals yourself, depending on experience). This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys outbound sales, relationship-building, and being rewarded for performance. Responsibilities

Prospect new business through phone calls, emails, text, and CRM outreach Online lead generation

(via Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Email, etc.) Posting vehicles for sale on social media / online Email marketing Follow up with inbound leads quickly and professionally Build relationships with local Utah businesses and contractors Qualify leads Scheduling test drives / appointments Following up with past customers In person visits to Utah businesses Maintain accurate records in CRM Re-engage past customers and dormant leads Support the sales team with pipeline development Meet or exceed monthly activity and appointment goals Selling cars! Qualifications

1+ year experience in sales, business development, or customer service (tech, automotive or B2B a plus) Strong communication skills (phone confidence is important) Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups Organized and reliable Basic computer/CRM skills Valid driver’s license Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $30,000 – $40,000

(depending on experience) On-target income: $90,000 – $110,000+ with uncapped earning potential Performance bonuses Paid training Growth opportunities within the company Supportive, small-team environment How to Apply
