Position Overview Supports the design and development of training materials for internal audiences across multiple business functions. This role focuses on creating clear, engaging learning content using established instructional design methodologies and modern e-learning tools.
The position requires strong design, technical writing, and collaboration skills to support ongoing learning initiatives in a structured corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop instructional materials including documents, presentations, and e-learning content
Apply instructional design models to analyze learning needs and develop effective solutions
Create visually polished, user-focused training content aligned with business objectives
Partner with internal stakeholders to support training initiatives and timelines
Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting quality and delivery standards
Required Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in instructional design, learning content development, or a related field
Proficiency with
Articulate Rise and Storyline
Advanced experience with
Adobe InDesign
Working knowledge of instructional design methodologies
Strong written communication and visual design skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing training for customer-facing teams
Background supporting high-volume environments
Additional experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
Portfolio or work samples demonstrating instructional or e-learning design capabilities
