Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters to promote our products and services
Create eye-catching digital and print advertisements for various platforms, including social media and print publications
Design graphics for our website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing experience for our online visitors
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with our brand image and messaging
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve and innovate our visual design approach
Work closely with printers and other vendors to ensure high-quality production of all design materials
Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project goals and provide design solutions that meet their needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
