This role is subject to a flexible hybrid work arrangement requiring a minimum of 1-2 pre-determined days per week in our mid-town office.

Overview The Cardiovascular Research Foundation is looking for an Associate Multimedia Producer to join our multimedia team. Reporting to the Associate Director, Creative Production the Associate Multimedia Producer will support the multimedia team in all aspects of video production, media management, and studio operations. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in production, editing, and asset management. The role supports senior producers both in the CRF Studio and during field assignments such as conferences and live events.

Asset Management

Assist with media organization and digital asset management.

Support equipment tracking and maintenance to ensure readiness for productions.

Help with stock acquisition and curation for video projects.

Catalog and archive existing and historical footage using established systems.

CRF Studio

Provide production assistance during studio recordings, including camera operation, teleprompter, and control room support.

Assist with studio setup, teardown, and general maintenance.

Support technical checks, lighting setup, and audio preparation.

Editing and Videography

Capture B-roll footage and social media content during CRF conferences and events.

Provide editing assistance for podcasts, short webcasts, and internal videos.

Support post-production tasks such as file organization, media syncing, and exporting deliverables.

General Responsibilities

Maintain excellent communication with team members and contribute to collaborative production environments.

Follow established workflows and file-naming conventions for efficient asset management.

Demonstrate a willingness to learn and expand technical and creative skills across production roles.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Film, Communications, Media, or related field preferred.

1–2 years of relevant production or internship experience.

Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects preferred).

Experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist in equipment setup.

Enthusiasm for multimedia storytelling and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.

Compensation The hiring range for this position is $68,000 - $76,000 per year. The annual salary that will ultimately be offered to the successful candidate will depend on job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.
