Overview
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Copywriter with a strong CRM background — someone who can craft clear, compelling, on-brand messaging across email, web, lifecycle programs, and multi-versioned audience flows. This role is heavily grounded in CRM writing and the nuanced execution that comes with it: version control, segmentation, consistency across campaign tracks, and creating cohesion across a large volume of assets. Because this role works deeply in CRM—where audience segmentation, multiple versions, and fine-tuned adjustments are the norm—you’ll need exceptional attention to detail. This person communicates proactively, collaborates closely with email writers and designers, and naturally checks assumptions or flags questions early to keep work accurate and aligned. Responsibilities
Write clear, engaging, and accurate CRM copy across email, lifecycle journeys, and multi-audience flows. Manage detailed versioning needs (often four or more variants) with a high degree of precision and organization. Maintain cohesion across multiple campaign tracks that may differ in tone, audience, or messaging strategy. Collaborate closely with email writers, designers, internal marketing teams, producers, and strategy partners. Work within a design-led CRM workflow, contributing to Figma-based layouts and content. Write copy for various platforms, including digital, social, radio, web, and landing pages, with CRM as the primary focus. Adapt tone and messaging across audiences, channels, and regulatory constraints. Develop headlines, body copy, and scripts that reflect brand voice and performance goals. Revise content based on internal and client feedback. Contribute ideas during brainstorms when needed, with CRM execution as the core responsibility. Ensure all copy is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on deadline. Maintain current knowledge of client products, audience insights, CRM best practices, and industry trends. Proactively clarify briefs, ask gut-check questions, and ensure accuracy early. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field. Strong portfolio demonstrating CRM writing expertise and attention to nuanced audience-tailored copy. Experience writing within regulated industries or environments with legal oversight. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners including designers, email specialists, strategists, and producers. Experience writing across multiple media formats (digital, social, radio, web), with CRM as a core strength. Excellent time management skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-deliverable environment. Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Proficiency writing and commenting in Figma is a plus. Awareness of digital platforms, mobile experiences, CRM principles, and social media dynamics. Additional Information
