An integral part of the Migraine Team’s mission is to develop and promote therapies for patients suffering from migraine. Role Responsibilities

The Area Business Manager (ABM) leads a high‑performing team of 9‑12 Neuroscience Health & Science Professionals (NHSPs), driving sales performance, compliance, and strategic planning within the assigned area. Key responsibilities include: Hiring, coaching, and developing the Area Team, ensuring a culture of excellence and accountability. Ensuring full compliance with policies, regulations, and legal requirements in all selling activities. Building strong relationships with customers, KOLs, and channel partners while maintaining a professional and polished presence. Conducting proactive data analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for growth. Collaborating with Marketing and cross‑functional teams to develop and execute business plans and promotional strategies. Managing budgets, resource allocation, and promotional material usage at the district level. NHSPs in using digital tools and virtual platforms for customer engagement and internal collaboration. Fostering a feedback culture and continuous improvement mindset across the team. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required. 3‑5 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience with demonstrated leadership across peer and customer groups. Experience in developing and motivating others, leading through change, and delivering business imperatives. Strong organizational, analytical, and sales data interpretation skills. Travel required, including overnight stays, to build internal and external relationships. Valid U.S. driver’s license with compliant driving record. Preferred Qualifications

MBA or relevant graduate degree. Strong people‑management experience, preferably 3‑5 years. Experience working with key opinion leaders or high‑influence customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations. Cross‑functional collaboration mindset and digital tool proficiency. Data‑driven resource management and strategic execution capabilities. Experience with product launches and specialty sales. Annual base salary ranges from $139,000 to $280,400, plus a sales incentive bonus.
