SAP SuccessFactors Rewards & Compensation professional
to support and manage enterprise compensation programs. The role focuses on configuring, administering, and optimizing
Compensation and Variable Pay
processes within SAP SuccessFactors to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely execution of annual and off-cycle reward programs.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support
SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules
for merit increases, bonus payouts, promotions, and incentive plans.
Design and maintain compensation plans including
guidelines, budgets, eligibility rules, proration logic, and approval workflows .
Support
annual and off-cycle compensation cycles , ensuring data accuracy and system readiness.
Perform
data validation, reconciliation, and audits
for employee compensation data.
Collaborate with
HR, Total Rewards, Finance, and business stakeholders
to align system configuration with rewards strategy.
Manage compensation worksheets, approvals, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with
company policies, labor laws, SOX, and audit requirements .
