Role Description
Dale Pro Audio is seeking a Business Development Specialist based in the New York Tri-State area to drive growth within the professional AV integration market. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales and Operations and focuses on building and expanding relationships with integrators, consultants, and end users, identifying new project opportunities, and supporting complex system design conversations across corporate, education, broadcast, live events, and installed sound environments. The ideal candidate brings a strong working knowledge of professional AV workflows, products, and purchasing cycles, with prior experience at a major AV installer or integrator considered a significant advantage. Success in this position requires strategic thinking, technical fluency, and the ability to translate customer needs into scalable, long-term business partnerships for Dale Pro Audio.
