Role Description Our Associates work together as a team to deliver an incredible experience for our customers every day. This role emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
This role includes responsibility for handling products in a manner that maintains their safety, quality, and legality. Team members follow standard operating procedures, report concerns related to product condition or integrity, support traceability through accurate record-keeping, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and product safety awareness.
What you’ll do You will be assigned to one of several teams and contribute to warehouse operations.
Receiving : Manage new inventory intake, including putting away items, accepting them into the system, and communicating arrivals or exceptions.
Picking : Deliver products to the next stage quickly and accurately to keep the workflow moving.
Packing : Ensure quality and proper packing of shipments, coordinating with picking to fulfill orders accurately.
Other Duties as Required : Support other areas as needed to ensure efficient operations.
General role : Assist with handling, storage, and distribution in a manner that maintains safety, quality, and legality; follow SOPs and maintain accurate records.
What you’ll bring to the table
Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime, and weekends based on business needs; reliably on time.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
Able to stand and walk continuously during an 8-10 hour shift.
Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently.
May be required to help out in other departments as needed.
You’re willing to get your hands dirty to get a task completed.
Ability to adapt to change quickly.
Extremely detail oriented.
Ability to quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities.
You’re looking to get your foot in the door with a rapidly growing start-up company.
Previous warehouse experience is not required.
Must be 18 or older.
