Overview We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Representative (BDC) to join our team! You’ll be a key contributor to our sales pipeline, serving as the first point of contact and setting appointments that drive revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

Make a high volume of outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers

Handle inbound leads, calls, emails, and digital inquiries promptly and professionally

Follow up with leads to maximize show rates and conversion opportunities

Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM system

Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals

Deliver a professional, energetic, and customer-focused sales experience

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills

Previous experience in sales, call center, or business development preferred

Comfortable with outbound calling and objection handling

Goal-oriented, competitive, and motivated by performance

Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Ability to work full-time
