As a

Service Designer , you will shape, improve, and orchestrate end‑to‑end service and product experiences. Your mission is to translate user needs and strategic objectives into intuitive, coherent, and efficient services. You will drive user research, design holistic service journeys, facilitate co‑creation, and ensure the overall quality and consistency of the user experience across all touchpoints. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs, pain points, and expectations. Translate insights into actionable requirements and strategic recommendations. Service & Experience Design

Model user journeys, service flows, personas, and blueprints to visualize current and target experiences. Design end‑to‑end services that are coherent, intuitive, and aligned with business objectives. Facilitate co‑design workshops with users, business stakeholders, and project teams. Create wireframes and prototypes, and run user testing loops to validate concepts. Experience Quality & Alignment

Ensure consistency and quality across all service touchpoints. Guide teams on UX best practices and compliance with accessibility standards. Work closely with development teams to support the translation of service concepts into delivery. Promote agile and iterative practices throughout the product lifecycle. Evaluate solutions using metrics, feedback loops, and usability tests. Recommend enhancements based on usage data and performance indicators. Security & Compliance

Apply and promote the organisation’s information security guidelines and standards. Required Skills & Expertise

Junior level Opportunities are numerous. From bare applications development to of ITinfrastructures management including conception, architecture and requirementsanalysis. Although open to technologies used by our customers, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS seeksmainly but not only consultants mastering: Windows and Linux Servers, networks,developments (JAVA, SAP, .NET,…) as well as highly specialized experts for examplein cybersecurity or in Content Management System (CMS) (SharePoint, Drupal,WebLogic…). Interms of non-technical competencies, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS hires dynamic persons, opento the world, interested by innovation and having a keen sense of clientrelationship. A verygood command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutchis an asset. Eventhough most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are opento new starters. ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS works either in its premises or in our customer’s one, remote activities are sometime possible.
