We are seeking a

Senior Director, Program Management

on a contract basis to work collaboratively with senior leaders across the enterprise to design, execute, and lead teams through large and complex transformational change efforts. This role requires technical expertise in program, project, and change management techniques and tools to drive business outcomes. A clear focus on driving financial results and ensuring that deliverables are tangible, achievable, and constructed to support the defined strategy. The role also requires developing knowledge of the underlying business that the programs support.

hybrid in Chicago, IL .

Hours: 8 am - 5 pm CST

Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders across the enterprise to understand objectives and advise on transformation needs

Own delivery of benefits from large transformational programs and projects from initiation through completion

Build and maintain strong communication with senior leaders, cross-functional partners, and project teams

Lead multiple project teams and workstreams while managing overall plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables

Serve as a subject matter expert in areas such as operating model design, process optimization, shared services, go-to-market strategy, and cost reduction

Drive project execution to deliver tangible business outcomes

Coach and guide project team members to ensure successful delivery

Identify additional transformation opportunities within projects and business areas

Apply and enhance project management disciplines, processes, and systems

Lead large-scale governance programs to ensure quality assurance across planning, design, and delivery

Design and standardize solution frameworks, methodologies, and artifacts across teams

Develop and support training programs across multiple capabilities and maturity levels

Build and manage communities of practice across functions, business lines, and regions

Partner with audit teams to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial requirements

Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation programs in global organizations

Proven ability to manage multiple teams and complex workstreams simultaneously

Strong program, project, and change management expertise

Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills

Strong financial and commercial acumen with comfort managing P&L and business cases

Experience delivering major international business transformation initiatives

Ability to design, align, and execute enterprise-wide change programs end-to-end

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills

Strong project structuring, staffing, and execution capabilities

Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to perform in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

Experience in governance frameworks and quality assurance for large programs

Expertise in solution design standards and methodology development

Experience building training programs and knowledge-sharing communities

Background in strategy consulting, transformational leadership, or large technology-driven organizations preferred

Exposure to global markets and complex industries is preferred

Experience within real estate with brokers is preferred
