About The Team The Executive Programs team sits within Global Executive Marketing and is responsible for designing and delivering Stripe’s most strategic executive‑facing programs and engagements. Our work connects Stripe’s leadership team with senior leaders across our customer and partner ecosystem through thoughtfully curated, high‑impact experiences.
The team owns flagship programs including Stripe’s annual Executive Summit, Customer Advisory Boards, and Stripe’s presence at global forums such as the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting in Davos. Executive Programs partners closely with stakeholders across the company to ensure these programs are cohesive, intentional, and aligned to Stripe’s most important business priorities.
What you’ll do As a Global Executive Engagement Manager, you will help evolve Stripe’s executive engagement motion into a centralized, scalable engine that supports the company’s most strategic priorities. You will play a key role in shaping how Stripe plans, prepares for, and executes executive engagements across global events, market visits, and field activations. This role requires strong executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to operate comfortably at senior levels of the organization. You will partner closely with leadership offices, Associate Business Partners (ABPs), Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales—owning the strategy, planning, and preparation for executive engagements, while working through partners to execute logistics and follow‑through.
Responsibilities Executive engagement strategy & governance
Help define and operationalize Stripe’s executive engagement model across global events, market visits, and field activations
Partner with leadership offices and cross‑functional stakeholders to prioritize executive participation based on company goals, must‑win accounts, and strategic themes
Maintain a holistic view of executive engagement activity to ensure clarity of ownership, balanced workloads, and alignment with broader business priorities
Executive engagement planning & prioritization
Own and evolve Stripe’s executive engagement intake and prioritization approach, ensuring requests are evaluated consistently and strategically
Drive thoughtful peer‑to‑peer executive mapping aligned to executive interests, expertise, and business objectives
Synthesize executive engagement requests across Marketing and Sales partners into a cohesive, high‑impact engagement plan
Executive preparation & experience excellence
Set the standard for executive preparation across all engagements, ensuring leaders are equipped with clear context, objectives, and insights
Orchestrate the development and quality control of executive briefing materials in partnership with account teams and sales leadership
Define and standardize preparation best practices for global events, market visits, and field engagements to ensure a consistent executive experience
Program operations & tooling
Define and maintain SOPs for executive engagement preparation, debriefs, and action tracking
Leverage spreadsheets, CRM systems, and internal tools to track executive engagement activity, manage prioritization, and support reporting
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and tooling to enable scale without sacrificing quality
Cross‑functional and regional partnership
Partner closely with Associate Business Partners (ABPs), who own executive scheduling and logistics, while this role owns the who, why, and what of executive engagement
Collaborate with Field Marketing, Events, Sales, and regional executive marketers to deliver consistent executive experiences globally
Support localization needs for global engagement, including regional context, cultural considerations, and market‑specific playbooks

Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience in executive programs, executive marketing, strategic events, field marketing, or a related role
Demonstrated executive presence and executive‑level communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage, influence, and advise senior leaders and their offices
Proven ability to distill complex business context into clear, concise executive narratives and briefing materials
High level of comfort working in spreadsheets and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), including managing data sets, tracking engagement activity, and producing insights to inform planning and prioritization
Strong program management skills with the ability to operate across multiple stakeholders, timelines, and regions
Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and ability to perform effectively in high‑stakes, fast‑moving environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience operating at global scale across EMEA, APAC, and North America
Background in B2B, enterprise technology, or financial services
Experience designing governance, prioritization, or operating models for executive or leadership engagement
Familiarity with account‑based engagement and field‑driven GTM motions
In‑office expectations Office‑assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in our Bucharest, Romania site have an 80% in‑office expectation, and those in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico and Bengaluru, India work 100% from the office. Also, some teams have greater in‑office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in‑person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible.
Pay and benefits The annual US base salary range for this role is $191,400 - $287,200. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
