Virtual Hangar® is seeking a talented and motivated
UI/UX Designer
to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in shaping the user experience and visual design across our web and mobile applications, as well as digital marketing assets such as email campaigns and landing pages. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to create elegant, functional designs that align with the Virtual Hangar® brand and elevate the customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile applications Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using
Figma Design UI assets for digital marketing, including emails and landing pages Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement design solutions Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on insights Ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with Virtual Hangar® brand standards Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices Partner closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation Qualifications
Ability to work in a
hybrid role
and be based in
either Boston, MA or Palm Beach, FL Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile work Strong proficiency in Figma (required) Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices Strong communication and collaboration skills Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is a plus How to Apply
