Event Graphic Designer This is a
5-month ,
full-time
(40 hours/week),
hybrid
contract role located in
Cupertino, CA . Responsibilities
Design and deliver cohesive visual systems that support live events and brand experiences across print, digital, and environmental applications. Translate creative concepts into scalable, production-ready assets by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. Design print collateral such as signage, programs, badges, menus, and environmental graphics, as well as digital assets and presentation-ready decks. Prepare files for print production, coordinate with vendors, manage pre-press workflows, and ensure premium finishing quality. Provide on-site support during events as required, including real-time design updates to meet evolving needs. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in graphic design. Passion for experiential design, branding, and visual storytelling with strong typography, layout, and color theory foundations. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) with strong print and digital design skills. Familiar with UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or XD. Skilled in collaborating with event producers, marketers, and digital partners. Able to work independently and manage multiple design projects simultaneously. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, fast-paced timelines, and live event needs. Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. Calm under pressure and energized by event-driven environments. Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience. Background in brand design, experiential design, or event marketing. Experience with premium print production, materials, and finishing techniques preferred. Additional Information
This opportunity is located in Cupertino, California and requires hybrid on-site work, including on-site support during events. The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $64.76 per hour.
