Quest is seeking a strategic, creative, and highly organized Content Marketing Manager to own and elevate the voice of the Quest brand across all channels. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that brings Quest’s story to life through compelling storytelling, measurable performance, and consistent brand presence across digital and social platforms. Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Brand Voice
Own the content strategy across Quest brand verticals including social media, company websites, case studies, blogs, testimonials, and thought leadership. Establish and protect brand voice consistency across all communication channels. Lead development of messaging frameworks that align with Quest’s mission, values, and growth strategy.
Social Media Ownership
Manage social media content creation, posting, and scheduling across Quest platforms. Develop and maintain a social media calendar aligned with the broader editorial calendar. Create engaging, platform appropriate content that highlights client success, culinary innovation, student experience, and team culture. Monitor engagement, respond appropriately, and ensure consistent brand presence across platforms.
Storytelling & Narrative Development
Lead storytelling development for client success stories, district and account highlights, culinary innovation features, and student, guest, and team member spotlights. Identify and shape stories from the field that reflect Quest’s impact on participation, student experience, and community engagement. Translate operational excellence and culinary creativity into compelling narratives.
Editorial Planning & Production Management
Oversee the editorial calendar and content production timelines across all marketing channels. Manage a steady pipeline of content in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Ensure content is produced on time, on brand, and aligned with marketing priorities and campaign initiatives.
Cross Department Collaboration
Collaborate closely with all Quest departments including Operations, Culinary, HR, and Business Development to surface content opportunities. Partner with ancillary groups such as Quest’s Culinary Circle and Nutrition Council to highlight innovation and expertise. Support cross departmental content such as recruitment testimonials, chef demo videos, client communication updates, and orientation support content.
Performance, Analytics & Optimization
Track performance of content assets and social media results, using analytics to measure reach, engagement, and effectiveness. Provide regular reporting and insights with recommendations to improve performance. Use data and feedback to refine strategy and inform future content planning. Align content performance metrics with broader marketing and business development goals.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in content strategy, brand storytelling, or marketing communications. Proven experience managing multi-channel content programs and social media platforms. Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex operational topics into engaging content. Experience collaborating cross functionally with operations, leadership, and subject matter experts. Data driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to evaluate performance. Proven success with photography and video-related projects for compelling content. Highly organized with exceptional project management skills. Experience in food service, hospitality, education, or mission driven organizations is a plus. What Success Looks Like
