The Marketing Coordinator serves as an execution and coordination force multiplier for the firm’s marketing efforts. This role requires strong organization, follow-through, and the ability to translate strategy into consistent, high-quality output. The Marketing Coordinator ensures marketing initiatives move from idea to execution by managing campaigns, content, timelines, and reporting. This role supports firm growth by maintaining visibility into performance, ensuring brand consistency, and keeping marketing activities aligned with firm priorities. This position blends content coordination, campaign execution, performance tracking, vendor collaboration, and internal communication with operational discipline and professional polish. The Marketing Coordinator acts as a central point of coordination between leadership, sales, and external partners. This is a full-time, onsite role in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Key Responsibilities

Execute and coordinate firm marketing initiatives across multiple channels including digital, print, and in-person Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables to ensure consistent execution and follow-through Draft, edit, publish, and update marketing content while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms Coordinate campaign assets, approvals, posting, and follow-up with internal teams and external vendors Track marketing activity, lead flow, and campaign performance using dashboards and reporting tools Prepare regular performance updates for leadership, highlighting trends, insights, and areas for improvement Partner with sales, intake, and leadership to align marketing efforts with firm priorities and growth goals Support documentations and maintenance of marketing SOPs, workflows, and best practices Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements to systems and processes Model Sierra Crest’s

Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience required 2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, with heavy emphasis on digital marketing in a professional services (B2B) environment required Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-service mindset Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Clio Grow/Manage (CRM) preferred; high degree of comfort learning and implementing new systems and tools Ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve independently, prioritize effectively, and execute with minimal direction What We Offer
