S.I.N. 360 is a leader in dental implant and full mouth rehabilitation solutions, committed to innovation, customer success, and continuous improvement. We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our Education & Events Manager and Graphic Design efforts in a dental implants and digital solutions distribution environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience supporting education programs, professional events, and marketing initiatives for dental professionals. Responsibilities
Events and Education Support the planning and execution of educational programs, clinical trainings, workshops, trade shows, and customer events related to dental implants and digital workflows Assist with event logistics including schedules, registration lists, course materials, speaker coordination, and postevent followup Coordinate marketing materials for education and events, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with approved product messaging Assist in the preparation of presentations, brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and digital marketing assets Design and Social Media Support the Graphic Designer by managing creative requests, preparing content briefs, and coordinating internal reviews and approvals Help organize and maintain marketing content, product information, and digital assets related to implants, CAD/CAM, and digital solutions Coordinate with sales, clinical, digital solutions, and operations teams to ensure marketing materials are accurate, consistent, and up to date Provide general administrative and project support to the marketing team as needed Cross-Functional Collaboration Work hand in hand with the education and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and strategy Act as the bridge between HQ and the field, ensuring communication flows effectively both ways Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when working with technical or product related content Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced, distribution focused environment Interest in dental technology, implants, CAD/CAM, or digital dentistry is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability for some travel as needed to support infield training Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn What This Role Offers
