About The Role: We are hiring a
Revit Technician / MEP Drafter
to support the design and coordination of mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, and piping systems for
large commercial and mission‑critical projects , including
data centers . This role is open to
recent graduates
as well as
experienced drafters
looking to grow their career in BIM and construction.
Responsibilities
Create and update Revit MEP models for HVAC, hydronic piping, and plumbing systems
Prepare construction drawings, layouts, and detailed views
Coordinate with other trades and contribute to clash detection
Assist engineers and project managers with design layouts
Support model maintenance, family creation, and company BIM standards
Work with field teams to support prefabrication and shop drawings
Maintain accurate project documentation and revisions
Qualifications
Experience with Revit (school experience, internship, or professional)
Basic understanding of mechanical or MEP building systems
Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Preferred (but Not Required For Recent Grads)
Professional Revit MEP drafting experience
Experience with large commercial or industrial projects
Familiarity with Navisworks or clash detection tools
Knowledge of mechanical contracting processes
Experience with data center or mission‑critical environments
Education
Associate degree or technical diploma in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Architecture, CAD/BIM, or a related field
Equivalent experience considered
Skills
Revit drafting/modeling
Communication and teamwork
Problem‑solving and time management
Willingness to work on fast‑paced and technically complex projects

Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
