We are exclusively representing a premier boutique studio in Coral Gables known for high-velocity, high-detail workplace interiors and building repositioning. This is not a standard design role. We are seeking a "Design Force Multiplier"—a Senior Designer/Project Manager who has mastered the art of leveraging AI and technology to deliver award-winning work faster and with more precision than the industry standard.

You will step into a leadership role where your ability to use tools like Midjourney for concepting, Veras for rendering, or TestFit for planning is valued as a core business asset, not a side hobby. What You Will Do
Lead with Authority: Manage complex commercial projects ($1M–$5M+) from client pitch to final punch list. Innovate Real-Time: Utilize AI-assisted workflows to reduce "churn" in the schematic phase and accelerate the production of construction documents. Bridge the Gap: Act as the translation layer between high-level client vision and technical execution, ensuring no detail is lost in the speed of delivery. What You\'ll Bring
The Experience: 8+ years in Commercial/Workplace design. You have built things. You know code. You know how a set goes together. The Tech Stack: You are beyond "proficient" in Revit. You are actively using or experimenting with AI tools (Midjourney, Hypar, Stable Diffusion, etc.) to optimize your own workflow. The Mindset: You value substance and consistency. You leverage technology to streamline your workflow, ensuring that every creative concept is backed by a practical, executable plan. What We Offer
