
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team in Beachwood, Ohio. As part of the Global Marketing & Communications team at Millennium and the Grenzebach Group, you will take ownership of marketing activities for our key business fields at Millennium. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in B2B marketing, communication, and digital growth initiatives. This is a key role in a globally active industrial group with a strong innovative culture. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to shape the marketing direction of a growing business area.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary marketing contact for dedicated business areas
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to B2B audiences
Work closely with executive and sales leaders to develop, maintain, and improve marketing collateral and digital marketing communications
Create compelling content including press releases, product texts, and digital assets
Drive initiatives in lead generation, new business development, and marketing automation
Collaborate closely with global marketing & communications colleagues across Europe, North America, and Asia
Plan and manage national and international trade shows, online/offline events, and customer experiences
Qualifications What we need you to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or 10+ years of experience in marketing work
5+ years of professional experience in B2B marketing and communications
Proven track record in digital marketing, lead generation, CRM marketing tools and marketing automation tool
Strong communication skills and ability to write and edit content
Creative mindset with strategic thinking and a hands-on attitude
Willingness to travel occasionally for events and team collaboration

Experience working in an international company or global team environment
Additional Information
Travel Requirements – 5 - 10% travel
