You will collaborate with AI engineers, product leaders, and operators from companies such as Netflix, Mailchimp, Google, Scale AI, Amazon, Twitch, Intercom, PayPal, and Pinterest. This experience compresses a decade of learning into a few months and changes how you think about building your career.
What You’ll Actually Do
Growth experiments
— Design, launch, and analyze tests across acquisition, activation, and retention. Run real campaigns with real budgets and stakes.
Product‑led growth
— Work on onboarding flows, activation loops, and engagement strategies. Use data and user research to find leverage points in the funnel.
Go‑to‑market strategy
— Shape positioning, messaging, and launch plans for new features. Write copy that ships, not slides that sit.
Content and community
— Create content that educates, engages, and converts. Build in public and learn what resonates.
Sales enablement
— Support the sales team with collateral, case studies, and competitive intelligence. See how deals get done.
AI‑powered workflows
— Use Obvious’s AI agents to automate repetitive work, analyze data faster, and build things that would normally require a full team. Access tools most companies can't afford.
What We’re Looking For
Curiosity over credentials
— No marketing degree or 4.0 GPA required. Deep care for how things grow, why people buy, and what keeps products sticky.
Bias for action
— Ship something imperfect and learn, rather than waiting for the perfect plan. Iterate fast without needing permission to try.
Analytical rigor
— Comfortable with data, pulling insights from messy spreadsheets, spotting patterns, and translating numbers into strategy.
Strong communicator
— Write clearly, think structurally, and make a compelling case for ideas. Tell a story.
No degree required
— New grads welcome. If you have built something, run experiments, or have a track record of getting things done, we want to hear from you. This is not for current students; full‑time commitment is required.
