This position is responsible for providing comprehensive communications strategy, support, and solutions to the Judicial Branch. Responsibilities may include providing creation, support, guidance, training, and implementation for print and digital communications projects and initiatives through design planning, asset development and creation, and publication by utilizing website resources, social media platforms and campaigns, and podcasts to promote audio/video productions, graphic design assets, photography, publications, and news stories. This classification provides support for court-wide digital communications, including the website, its strategic growth and implementation, technical development, and improvement as well as staff education and development; monitors and assesses performance, risks, opportunities, and develops and implements communications policies and procedures in support of these functions. Plans, develops, prioritizes, and directs implementation of Judicial Branch communications activities, processes, and products to ensure that strategic Branch communications needs are attained. Provides oversight and direction in the planning and implementation of official Judicial Branch news and information through solicitation, editing, and original content creation regarding activities of the Judicial Branch through media releases, online stories, newsletters, and/or social media. Develops, oversees, and implements website, audio/visual, social media, and other communications development plans to create and maintain presence, including standards and guidelines for content, based on Judicial Branch needs and priorities. Provides professional consultation and program management to internal stakeholders on communications strategy and planning. Develops, plans, directs, and manages Judicial Branch brand and graphical standards. Liaison with public and external stakeholders Requirements/Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in information technology, design, marketing, communications or other related field; and 2 years related experience or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. Preferred Qualifications : The above plus Master\'s degree Knowledge Requirements

Applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations; Ability to recognize, investigate, and analyze a variety of administrative problems, and to advise effective solutions; Knowledge of Justice System; Ability to plan, organize, and supervise the work of others; Applicable practices and regulations for legal proceedings; Computers and applicable software applications.
