Your Role
OUTFRONT is seeking a Programmatic Channel Development Manager to help accelerate growth across our programmatic OOH business. This role is ideal for a commercially minded, technically fluent relationship builder who thrives at the intersection of ad tech, partnerships, and revenue strategy. You will serve as a key connector between OUTFRONT’s sales teams, programmatic partners, and demand-side buyers—driving adoption, activation, and monetization of our programmatic inventory at scale.
What You’ll do:
Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert on OUTFRONT’s programmatic OOH offerings, supporting both national and local sales efforts
Own day-to-day relationships with SSP and DSP partners to identify, develop, and execute revenue-generating opportunities
Proactively develop new demand relationships across DSPs, agency trading desks, and in-house programmatic teams
Lead enablement efforts including partner education, training sessions, and best-practice sharing for OUTFRONT’s programmatic approach
Collaborate closely with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure programmatic solutions are effectively positioned and activated
Maintain deep understanding of partner technical capabilities, integrations, deal types, and evolving programmatic standards
Drive visibility of OUTFRONT inventory by distributing updated marketing materials and coordinating joint client events and presentations
Develop and deliver custom sales presentations, product demos, and strategic recommendations
Support deal execution including PMP creation, deal curation, creative approvals, and campaign troubleshooting as needed
Ensure holistic account coverage by incorporating OUTFRONT’s full portfolio of media solutions into programmatic strategy discussions
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in programmatic sales, account management, or partnerships (DSP, SSP, publisher, or ad tech platform)
Programmatic OOH experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of the omnichannel media ecosystem, programmatic workflows, and ad tech stacks
Proven ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives
Demonstrated success building and managing complex internal and external relationships
Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
The salary range for this role is $120,000-$140,000 per year. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate’s experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
