Executive Assistant to the Founders
to serve as a trusted partner at the center of the organization. This is a highly strategic, high-trust role with direct impact on company velocity, execution, and culture. As Executive Assistant to the Founders, you will ensure the leadership team is always in the right place, with the right context, at the right time. You will manage complex schedules, drive follow-through on priorities, coordinate seamless travel, support recruiting efforts, and partner cross-functionally to align communication and execution across the company. This is not a purely reactive role. You will proactively anticipate needs, influence priorities, and continuously improve systems as the company scales. Responsibilities
Strategically manage complex executive calendars, protect focus time, and prioritize high-impact work. Track tasks, follow-ups, and time allocation to align with company goals. Schedule and coordinate all meetings, including 1:1s, team sessions, board meetings, and external engagements. Prepare briefing materials and maintain accurate records for key stakeholders. Capture notes, action items, and support recruiting logistics as needed. Plan efficient travel and event logistics aligned with executive preferences and strategic objectives. Drive operational projects and contribute to company culture and HQ initiatives. What we’re looking for
4+ years supporting C-suite and senior executives in fast-paced hyper-growth environment. Highly organized with strong logistics, prioritization, and time-management skills. Self-directed, proactive, and trusted to exercise sound judgment independently. Clear, effective communicator with a strong track record of building trusted relationships. Systems-oriented and resourceful, with experience improving operational processes. Handles sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment. Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Airtable, and database-driven tools.
