Customs Entry Writer - Atlanta, GA (Hybrid Schedule). We are seeking an experienced customs entry writer on behalf of a globally established freight forwarder. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary customs contact for assigned customer accounts, responding quickly and driving issues through resolution. Follow customs brokerage SOPs and best practices with accuracy and consistency. Own and maintain customer SOPs and HTS databases to ensure compliance with CBP and customer requirements. Review and validate import documentation and data prior to submission to U.S. Customs and Partner Government Agencies (PGA). Support strong operational performance through on-time processing, accuracy, and high-quality customer service. Develop into a trusted customs advisor by transitioning from entry-writing into broader account management support. Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED 1+ year of customs entry-writing experience Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Customer-focused with excellent follow-through Detail-oriented with problem-solving and flexibility Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
