Has deep understanding of markets to make informed recommendations to clients./ppMay also perform activities in Other Responsibilities, but majority of day-to-day is spent in the Primary Activities./ppPrimary Responsibilities/ppPrimary Activities (60% or more of time)/pulliEvaluates exposures and renewal quote/liliReview upcoming renewals and determine which accounts warrant remarket/liliMake coverage recommendations/liliUtilize comparative rater tool to obtain quotes/liliTransact agency billing (where applicable)/liliObtain signed binding and notifies carriers/liliReviews binding documents for accuracy/liliContract Reviews/liliResponsible for rounding out accounts and Selling all of World/li/ulpOther Responsibilities, as applicable/pulliSetup and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC/liliProcess renewals, endorsement, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insurance/liliAttach, organize, and name documents in EPIC/liliInitiate endorsements, proofs of insurance and invoices/liliLeverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, client pre-renewal letters, proposal letters, change request, etc./liliCreate activities in EPIC and assign to applicable team member/liliMay be responsible for pulling items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE etc./li/ulpPosition Specific Skills/Qualifications/ppWork Experience/pulli3+ Years experience in Personal Property Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages./li/ulpProfessional Licenses/Certifications/pulliMust hold state Property Casualty insurance license/li/ulpEssential Skills/Competencies/pulliMust be proficient in Excel (specifically Excel formulas, charts and tables); Word, and other MS office Products./liliAble to understand new technology platforms quickly/liliProficient in agency management systems and carrier sites/liliHands on personal approach to customer service. Typing, grasping, and repetitive motion typically is required every day, and walking and standing are required occasionally. Compensation This position is located in New Jersey. The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $65,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
