contract . We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Generalist with a minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience to support hiring across a wide range of business functions. This role requires a strategic, hands-on recruiter who can partner closely with hiring managers, understand diverse talent markets, and deliver high-quality candidates across multiple disciplines. The ideal candidate has recruited across corporate, technical, and operational roles, and is comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a strong candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of roles, including but not limited to: Finance, Marketing, Merchandising, Product Development, Supply Chain, and IT Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles Conduct intake meetings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers through close Proactively source candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, ATS, etc.) Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring timelines Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing guidance on hiring strategies, interview best practices, and candidate selection Ensure alignment between recruitment practices and overall business goals Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process Represent the company brand and culture consistently in all candidate interactions Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates and hiring teams Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a generalist or multi-functional recruiting role Proven experience recruiting across a broad range of functions, to include IT Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms Experience partnering with senior leaders and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring best practices Strong organization and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to assess talent across diverse roles and skill sets Adaptable, proactive, and proven ability to handle ambiguity
