
Information Technology (IT) Director
Northeast Florida Health Services, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a full-time Information Technology (IT) Director. Locations: Pierson | DeLand | Deltona | Daytona, FL Responsibilities: Maintains all computer equipment, including hardware and software Ensures security of entire information systems at NEFHS and satellites Completes system back-up tape as necessary Maintains all back-up tapes in secured locations approved by the CEO Maintains the strictest of confidentiality Responsible for maintaining the NEFHS website Responsible for adding/deleting new and former employees from the email system and all computer codes Attends NEFHS Board meeting as required Provides staff development and training on the system as required Oversees the NEFHS electronic medical records system Responsible for ensuring employee competencies in the IT area Troubleshoots on a daily basis when problems in the system arise Maintains employee electronic timecard system Adheres to the standards and policies of the Organizational Privacy/Security and Compliance Programs, including the duty to comply with applicable laws and regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, OIG guidelines, other State and Federal laws). This also includes reporting to the Board of Directors, CEO, CFO, CMO, supervisor, suggestion box, any suspected unethical, fraudulent, or unlawful acts or practices. Develops all IT policies and seeks approval of those policies Develops, maintains, and provides training on all emergency back-up IT plans Installs all new hardware and software Works with outside computer vendors to ensure continuity of operations Facilitated the internal IT committee Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum requirement of an Associate Degree in Information Technology or equivalent Minimum of two years' experience in general information systems responsibilities Management experience a plus Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary: commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off Supportive, mission-driven work environment focused on community impact Northeast Florida Health Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
